The Dracaena godseffiana, also known as the Spotted Dracaena, is a beautifully unusual houseplant with glossy green leaves covered in delicate cream, white and yellow speckles. Its slender stems and naturally branching growth give it a light, airy shape, while the dramatic leaf markings make every leaf a little different.
This is a lovely plant for adding colour and interest to a desk, shelf or side table without needing a huge amount of space. It prefers bright, indirect light and moderate watering, and with its attractive speckled foliage it makes a particularly striking addition to a modern home or office.

Plant care:
Bright, indirect light is ideal. It can tolerate some lower light, but the beautiful leaf markings are best maintained with good filtered light. Avoid harsh direct sunlight, particularly during the hottest part of the day
Allow the top few centimetres of soil to dry before watering again, then water thoroughly and allow excess water to drain away. Avoid keeping the soil constantly wet, as this can lead to root problems
Best kept away from cats and dogs, as Dracaena's can be harmful if eaten.
