If you're looking for a trailing plant with a classic ivy look but all the charm of a succulent, Senecio macroglossus is a wonderful choice. Its glossy, waxy leaves are splashed with creamy white variegation, creating a fresh, elegant display whether it's cascading from a hanging planter or trailing from a decorative pot on a shelf. Easy-going and versatile, it's the perfect way to soften a space with lush greenery.
Wax Ivy looks equally beautiful displayed in a ceramic hanging planter where the vines can gracefully tumble down, or styled in a decorative pot on a shelf, cabinet or plant stand where the stems can spill over the edges. As it matures, the vines become fuller and longer, making it an eye-catching feature in any bright room.
Why you'll love it:
• Beautiful cream and green variegated foliage
• Looks stunning as both a hanging plant and a trailing potted plant
• Waxy leaves store moisture, making it forgiving if you occasionally forget to water
• Fast-growing vines add instant softness and texture to your space
Plant care:
Bright, indirect light is ideal. A little gentle morning sun will encourage stronger growth and maintain the beautiful variegation.

Allow the top 3–5cm of soil to dry before watering thoroughly. As a semi-succulent, Wax Ivy prefers being slightly dry rather than constantly wet.

Best kept out of reach of curious pets. May cause stomach discomfort if ingested.
